The protection mandate, previously called the “mandate in case of incapacity”, is an official document that lets you express your wishes and designate someone to take care of you and your property in the event you become incapable.

This booklet and form will help you fill out your mandate in front of a witness. If you become incapable, it will take effect after being homologated.
